Send a Mail to Customer Support
You can always contact Lowkel customer support via email. Open the Lowkel app and swipe open the main menu. At the bottom of the menu, you’ll see the option of customer support. Click the support option, and the app will request you to open your mail app. Accept the request, and your mailbox will open. You can also mail us directly on the email us on email@example.com. Our customer representative will get back to you immediately.
To get help with an order you can simply navigate to “My Orders” in the menu, open the order and scroll down now click “Help with an order”. From here you can fill out the form state your issue and our team will get back to you ASAP.
