Sometimes, you may want to get in touch with your Lowkel shopper. In this article, you’ll learn how to notify, alert, or contact your shopper with any information they may need.
Log In to Your Merchant Account
Use your Lowkel credentials to log into your merchant account.
View Your Orders
From the menu at the top of your screen, select the “Orders” button. This will bring you to the orders page, and you can see active and past orders tabs.
Find Your Order
On this screen, click the order that you need to discuss with your shopper. A new window will appear.
View Order Details
To view order details, you can click on the 3 Dots to open the drop-down and select “View Order Details.”
Select “Driver Chat”
At the top of this popup, you will see a menu item titled “Driver Chat.” Click this option. A chat box will appear. Here, you can discuss all things regarding the order with your driver. The driver will be alerted as soon as a message is sent and will reply promptly to any issues that you have. You can also see chat history with that driver.
